Shipping Info: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at wickedhag@f-m.fm within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable
Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't open the CD, melt the vinyl into a bowl, etc.
Only unopened CDs, and vinyl albums may be returned.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging.
Return Policy: Your order will typically ship out within 1 business day after it is received. We do not ship on most major holidays, please keep that in mind when placing your order. If you need an estimate just make an account, put something in your cart, and click "Checkout".
